Fees and Rebates

Counselling sessions run for 50 minutes, and time is taken towards the end of sessions to check in with clients and make every effort to bring the session back to a safe emotional space, prior to ending the session. Extended (90-minute) sessions can be discussed for couples and family sessions as required. An initial session is required for all new clients and a deposit is taken at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

For vocational testing and reporting, corporate services and/or workshops please contact us directly for a quote, tailored to your needs.

Fees may be re-negotiated at the beginning of each calendar year. (GST included in all pricing).

Couples Intensives

Pricing includes preparation time, the intensive sessions themselves, coffee and snacks, and a brief follow-up summary with recommended next steps.

Optional Premium Add-On: For an in-depth understanding of your relationship, you can include the Gottman Relationship Assessment and personalised report. Together, we’ll create a Relationship Blueprint that guides your next steps and strengthens connection beyond the intensive.

One-Day Intensive:
$1,500 + $350 optional add – on = $1,850

Two-Day Intensive:
$2,800 + $350 optional add-on = $3,150

Full Gottman Method Assessment

Best for couples wanting a deep dive into their relationship strengths and challenges, couples often commence weekly therapy following this assessment.
$750 – includes all clinical sessions and formal assessments

Optional Add-on for 8 week pre-marital program:
$350 – includes questionnaires, report, clinical interpretation and feedback session.

Other rebates

Life in Colour does not currently accept Mental Health Care Plans or provide Medicare Rebates. We are also unable to provide Private Health Rebates at this stage.

Cancellation Policy

If for some reason you need to cancel or postpone the appointment, please give at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellation fees can apply:

0 – 24 hours’ notice: Full fee

24 – 48 hours’ notice: 50% of full fee.
